Delicious Grain Free Pie Crust
7 Medjool Dates pitted
1 tbsp coconut oil melted
3/4 c pecan pieces/hazelnuts/macademia nuts
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until mixture looks crumbly.
2. Pour mixture into pie pan and press into crust. Make sure it is even in all places.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or keep in the freezer for later use.
4. Fill with desired pie or torte filling. Does not need to be baked but can be if recipe calls for it.
