+ What to expect during your one-on-one consultation?

During your 60 minute consult, Maria will go over your health history and current concerns, while discussing areas in your life that may be having an effect on the root of the issue such as daily schedule, nutrient intake, sleep habits, sources of stress and energy levels.

+ What is included in a 60 minute consultation?

Suggestions in one or more of the following areas will be given during your consult:

Meal timing

Sleep schedule/hygiene

Stress management

Nutrients

Detox Support

Movement

Specifications regarding foods to add in, decrease or remove may also be discussed.

Resources such as food lists, recipes, meal plans and guides to help support your plan.

+ What is included in a 60 minute consultation and 60 minute follow-up?

Same as the 60 minute consultation PLUS an additional 60 minute follow-up appointment to discuss progress, make any tweaks or necessary changes to the initial plan and support any challenges you may be having. This package is highly suggested as it has shown to produce the best outcome with clients.
