Perfect Imperfection
I was definitely nervous to publish this post! More and more, I am finding that the more resistance I feel towards something, the more I know that it can result in some HUGE shifting if I allow myself to step (or dance) into it. So, I let my guard down and shot a video to share with you about how I really feel about “letting yourself go”, embracing the imperfections that you are trying to change and starting to really LIVE. No one is a more perfect version of you than, well, you. Rather than stress about constantly changing what you look like, how you feel and even more importantly, who you are, why not stop?
I invite you right now to stop trying to be anyone other than who you are by fully embracing every aspect of your body, beauty and truth. The moment you start to LIVE as the person you are here to be, the moment things start to shift in a totally beautiful way.
How do I allow myself to LIVE? I dance! I shot the video below where (after numerous takes trying to make it something perfect) I let go and allowed my perfect imperfection to radiate through. I would love to hear what you think!
If you are ready to really let yourself go and start to experience your body on a whole new level, you definitely want to sign up for my 21-Day Sugar Detox Program starting June 6th (that is this Wednesday!!). Here are some of the transformations previous participants experienced:
“I also noticed that my hair became better:) and though it wasn’t the primary goal, I am losing weight. And I feel more energy! I am very grateful for this program. It certainly shifted me to more healthy eating habits.”
“I became much more conscious of what I eat and how much I eat. I feel full and satisfied with less.”
“It’s not even been 2 weeks and I can’t get over how much better I feel. No more crazy energy crashes in the afternoon… no more sugar cravings (unless I’m tired and then I just put myself to bed)… and bonus! my pants are less snug – just in time for warmer weather! So glad I did this

I’m 54 years old and still do this. It is my favorite release. I still drive around with my radio blaring if I’m alone in the car. I’ll never get too old for it!!!
Love this Maria! I love dancing for the same reason and in fact, I took up zumba earlier this year as I discovered it is a way to exercise, let go & dance!
