Homemade Ketchup


Ditch the store bought commercial brands unless you can find some void of high fructose corn syrup and high sugar/salt levels.

HOMEMADE KETCHUP

1 jar/can of tomato paste (BPA free cans)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tbsp dijon mustard or mustard powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 cup water

Directions: Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth. Keep in the refrigerator and use within 7 days.
