I am still blown away by some of the transformations that have occurred during the April 21-Day Sugar Detox group! Though it wasn’t a piece of cake (especially because they couldn’t have any…bad joke, I know), all of the members made some big breakthroughs in regards to their relationship with food and what sugar really was doing to them physically, emotionally and mentally. And we still have 5 more days to go!

These kind of results are possible for everyone with the right guide and program. I know what it is like to feel the need to do a “serious” detox. My mind would go straight to deprivation and control, thinking that it would bring me the results I was looking for. What ended up happening was I would start to see results, making me feel the need to have more control and then BAMB! I would hit the brick wall and find myself wrist deep in a peanut butter jar. Yep, sometimes I wouldn’t even bother to grab a spoon.
Not something I am proud of nor a period of my life I care to relive. However, I know that period of my life was required for me to experience. Those fragile moments brought me to really dissect and study not only the way in which food can be amazingly delicious and healing but also how to begin healing body image and food relationships.
I am actually grateful for all of those years of endless frustration and pain! Because of them, I now know that kind of controlled eating and mental games did not and never will serve me. Rather, I discovered that food can be incredibly delicious, nourishing and dare I say slimming? With the right tools, I created this detox program with the sheer intention to help anyone who has experienced similar situations and thought patterns. Although I call it the 21-Day Sugar Detox Program, it really is more of a detox from:
- negative associations with food
- low energy/mood swings
- mindless eating
- uncontrollable cravings
- emotionally charged binges
- anxiety over what to eat
- cloudy/foggy mind
- poor sleep/chronic fatigue
- deprivation/binge cycle
Although I wasn’t intending on doing another round starting May 1st, I couldn’t help but send out the invite again to anyone looking to jumpstart their own transformation. And you don’t have to do it alone! I designed this program so that you have constant support from myself, the other members and live weekly coaching calls.
